I worked with Theresa for over a year while we sold my mothers home and then found her a condo.She was a pleasure to work with and helped to make it an easy process. She is also an endless resource for everything from finding someone to sell all of my moms “stuff” since she was downsizing to a condo to finding someone to do various repairs in order to sell her home for the best price.I had interviewed a couple realtors before her and Theresa was the only one who wasnt in a rush to just get her home on the market to “get the listing” and instead made some preparation suggestions so that we could get the most money for her home. I really recommend her, she was always there to ease our minds and make the process as stress free as possible while looking out for our best interests
